Winemaking: The harvest takes place in mid-September. Vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with medium long maceration. Secondary fermentation in autoclave.


Colour: Deep ruby red color with nuances of purple


Tasting note: Bubbly, pleasant, easy to drink, fruity, fresh with notes of blackberry and cherry. Full-bodied and pleasantly refreshing by natural effervescence.
