Winemaking The selected grapes are harvested in the middle of September after a little withering on the plant. The Muscat grapes are carefully selected and put for 2 months in boxes in a dark and airy place. The grapes are gently pressed and the must is left to decant. Once clear is then placed in tank to ferment into acacia wood. After 24 months the wine is bottled and it remains in bottle for 6 months before being sold
