Winemaking: The ripe grapes are carefully picked in first October. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature with medium long maceration.

 

Alcoholic Content: 14% Vol.

 

Serving Temperature: 20° C

 

Bottle: Bordolese

 

Colour: Ruby red with purple reflections.

 

Bouquet: Intense, fresh, Fruity. Dry and well balanced. A young wine with good tannin.
