Winemaking: Long maceration on the skins for about 30 days in steel. Delestage in the first days of fermentation to extract color and more frequent repassing after fermentation. A portion of the mass undergoes malolactic in wood and remains there for about three months. The remaining part in stainless vat, and then be assembled before bottling.


Alcoholic Content: 15% Vol.


Colour: Intense ruby red with purple hues


Tasting note: Complex bouquet whit small hint of vanilla. Soft, intense flavour with adeguate acidity and good sapidity. Well structured.
