Winemaking: The harvest takes place in the last September. The grapes of Grignolino carefully selected and the indigenous vinification takes palce in steel vats at controlled temperature, with medium maceration. Aged in French wood tonneau for 36 months and then in bottle for 12 months.

Colour: Ruby garnet red
Tasting note: Balsamic bouquet, complexed, fruit spirit. Typical dry, morbid tannin with good acidity and good structured.
