Winemaking The harvest takes place in last September. The grapes of Grignolino are carefully selected and the indigenous vinification takes place in steel vats at controlled temperature, with medium maceration. Aged in french oak tonneau for 36 months and then in bottle for 12 months
Colour Garnet red
Tasting note Balsamic, complex bouquet with hints of spirit fruits. Typically dry, smooth tannin with good acidity and good structure
