Winemaking The harvest takes place in the last September. The grapes are carefully selected and the vinification takes place in steel vats at controlled temperature, with long maceration. Aged in tonneau (half of them are new) for 3 years and then in bottle for other 2 years

Tasting note Elegant, balsamic and complex bouquet. In mouth it is intense and elegant with soft tannins. Of excellent structure
