Vine cultivation technique: Guyot with a single fruit

 

Soil composition: Calcareous and clayer

 

Vintage: Late August / Early September

 

Grapes: Cortese 100%

 

Winemaking: The grapes are gently pressed and the must is left to decant. Once clear is then placed in tank to ferment at 16° C.

 

Alcoholic Content: 12% Vol.

 

Serving Temperature: 10°- 12° C

 

Bottle: Bordolese

 

Colour: Straw yellow with greenish hues

 

Bouquet: Persistent and Fruit bouquet. Dry characteristic flavour, good acidity and well balanced.
