Grape Variety: Barbera 100%

 

Winemaking:  The harvest takes place between late September and early October. The grapes of Barbera carefully selected, come from a vineyard of at least 25 years old. The vinification takes place in steel vats at controlled temperature, with long maceration. Aged in tonneau for at least 12-14 months and then in bottle for other six month.

 

Alcoholic Content: 14,5% Vol.

 

Colour: Intense ruby red

 

Tasting note: Bouquet elegant wine with hints of vanilla. Intense and smooth taste, with sinuous acidity combined with important structured.
